Dear Potential Home Buyers, 

First, we want to thank you for taking the time to visit our home. We just wanted to share a few things that we loved about living here over the past three years. 

One thing that sold us on this house was the convenient location. It’s very close to the highway, shopping malls, and great restaurants. City Line Bar and Grill on Western Avenue is one of our favorite places to get dinner and drinks. 

We also loved the yard. Not a lot of houses we looked at in Albany had a yard like this one. We have had a lot of family get togethers and parties out there. There is so much space. We will miss our summer nights grilling and relaxing by the fire pit. 

One thing we will truly miss is being so close to a nice park. We will miss our evening walks down to Buckingham Pond with our dog Tucker. There is a big playground where kids are always playing and a nice walking trail around the whole pond. Plus everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly which is an added bonus. 

We have a lot of great memories in this house and we hope that you will love it here as much as we do.
